Pegasus Opera 3 is the latest release of Pegasus Opera, which delivers “One System. One Solution. Full integration across your entire business.”

It was first released in October 2010, introducing features to empower users, providing them with a single view of what is happening across the entire business. Opera 3 includes new features which provide greater control and flexibility to help improve workforce productivity.

Credit Management Centre– provides credit controllers with a consolidated view of what is owed and by whom.

Improved Reporting– run multiple reports simultaneously and export them to Excel for easy manipulation and interpretation.

Retrospective Aged Debtors and Creditors Reports– two new reports allow users to draw on historical data. Re-run Debtor and Creditor reports from a specific date in the past.

Improved CRM– the new Summary Scheduler within the helpdesk manager, provides an easy alternative to schedule/reschedule and view calls, by presenting a summary view of all resources for the chosen month.

Stock take functionality– extract product information from Opera 3 and allocate to worksheets for a manual count, then feedback results at the touch of a button.

Document Management Desktop– easy-to-use capture and retrieval of documents for non-Pegasus users, at a fraction of the price.

Historical Stock Valuation Report– report on the value of stock items at a date in the past. It can be setup to include the in-stock quantity, cost price, selling price and value, and can be produced in product, warehouse and category sequence.

Info Centre– a resource centre displaying what’s new in Opera 3, upcoming product enhancements, legislative changes, information downloads & product videos.
